Dear All,

I’ve had a marvelous time in Belgium! It is lovely, absolutely gorgeous! There was castle visting, ice cream eating, cathedral admiring, timetable confusion, Monopoly smugness (oh yes, I have never won so comprehensively in such a short period of time!), grown-up Brussels flats, back-street wandering, emergency Fruitella supplies, Friend’s watching, and the eating of Lebanese feasts.

Discovering: that it’s cheaper and quicker to get to Brussels than it is to go back home.
