Pigeon balance
Relaxing in Hyde Park yesterday evening, pretending it was sunny, and eating a picnic of fresh basil and rocket salad, accompanied by couscous salad, celery sticks, wholewheat granary bread and hummus, drinking chilled South American chardonnay - did somebody say middle class much? - a pigeon sat on a branch above us and crapped all over the Sainsbury’s chilled picnic bag…Do you think the universe is trying to tell us something?
