Political outrage
Like the good, alcoholic, political geek that I am, yesterday, while eating my salad, and watching the Budget, I was outraged to discover that there was going to be an extra 4p on a bottle of wine! A whole four pence, although nothing on sparkling wine or spirits - so that’ll be a bicardi and diet coke please.
